As a transformational coach, I support people who no longer want to simply go through the motions, but want to understand themselves more deeply and consciously change the direction of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work brings together professional coaching techniques, my own experience of personal transformation, and a deep respect for each person\u2019s unique journey. If spirituality and working with your intuition resonate with you, they can naturally become part of our work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t believe in one-size-fits-all advice or quick fixes. I believe that the answers we truly need are often already within us - sometimes, we simply need a safe space, the right questions, and compassionate support to help us hear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I completed professional coach training at the US-based Life Purpose Institute. The training was part of a coach education programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

During coaching, we work with your goals, values, thought patterns, and the obstacles preventing you from moving forward. Together, we identify practical steps towards change that feels aligned with who you are and the life you want to live.
